Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States from our Atlanta location.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Flat rate of $8.99

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Flat rate of $15.00
  Rates may vary depending on current carrier pricing and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Core Radiance is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to postal service errors or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the U.S., but international shipping options will be available soon.
